At Tife&Co we understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or may not be the perfect fit for your little one. We want to ensure a hassle-free return process for our customers. Please review our return policy below:


Customers can receive store credit for items that meet the following criteria:

  • Customer must initiate a return within 14 days of receiving order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at tifencoassistance@gmail.com Include your name, address, and order number.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags in place. 
  • All returned items will undergo inspection to ensure they meet our return criteria. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Custom items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

Upon receiving your return request and package, we will proceed to initiate the processing of your return. You have the choice of receiving store credit or opting for an equivalent exchange, and we will facilitate the preferred option you select.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. 

  • Once the returned item passes inspection, we will issue store credit for the original purchase amount, excluding shipping charges.
  • PLEASE NOTE inventory for exchanges is NOT guaranteed. If the item you're exchanging is no longer available, we'll process your return for store credit or an equal exchange, depending on the option you choose.
  • Custom Orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • Store credit will be provided in the form of a digital voucher sent to the email address associated with the original order.
